Standard Booth / $125

Premium Booth / $200

  • Everything in Standard Booth PLUS:

  • Premium location (first come first serve)

Promoted Booth / $300

  • Bigger Footprint 10x10

  • Social media shoutouts

  • Business Feature on 2026 Woodbury Graduation Fair website

  • Business provided item included in attendee swag bag

Platinum Booth / $500

  • Access to Event Attendee Info 

Food Truck Spot/ $250

  • Limited availability

  • Want your food truck or business promoted? We’ve got options—just contact us!

  • *If you're selling food, even without a truck, you must choose either the Food Truck, Promoted Booth, or a higher-tier package

Electricity for Booth / $25

  • Limited availability

Swag Bag option for non-exhibitors / $100

  • Add a flyer/provided item to the attendee swag bag presented to the first 200 attendees

  • For businesses who are not able to attend but still would like to advertise

VENDOR APPLICATION

Disclaimer: The 2026 Woodbury Graduation Fair has the right to refuse any vendor application at their discretion. Exhibitors shall hold harmless New Life Academy, N'Joy! Events and all respective agents, staff, volunteers and sponsors from any claims, damages, losses, liability, or expense which may arise before, during or after the event. Booths are not insured by The 2026 Woodbury Graduation Fair, New Life Academy or N’Joy! Events or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors not holding valid liability insurance exhibit at their own risk and assume all liability. Exhibitors must comply with all local laws and venue regulations. After submission, this form will be sent to a member of our staff for review for availability and will reach out to discuss your application.
